The Spider-Verse is back! And if the cover is anything to go by, only Miles Morales can save the Web of Life in Spider-Verse #1. Spider-Verse will have to do a lot of explaining, given how the last spider-oriented event went.
So, I read Star: Birth of a Dragonas when it came out in issue format. Apparently, I forgot to come back around and review the full volume! Forgive my delay. (Side note: you can read my individual issue reviews on Monkeys Fighting Robots.)
X-Men Vol. 1 is another powerful addition to this famous series. I think I read at least half the single comics in this volume, if not more. But I'm happy to have read them in this compiled version, and I look forward to reading the rest.

Miles is one of those characters that fits in well with many teams. So it's no surprise that Miles Morales: Spider-Man has had more than one team-up. This time, though, it's a character we're unfamiliar with.
