If you’re looking for a fun manga full of sports and a dash of coming-of-age-like storytelling, check out Crimson Hero, Vol. 1. This one originally came across my desk because I was looking for a good fit for my reading challenge (sporty book), and I’m happy to have read it.
Review: Star Wars: Darth Vader Vol. 1: Dark Heart of the Sith
Once again, I’m late to the show. Greg Pak’s run on Darth Vader started over a year ago, but I’m just now getting around to it. The Handmaidens are some of my Star Wars characters, so I’ve been hearing the hype and hoping it lives up to my dreams.
WOTN Review: Wasted Space #12 (Vault Comics)
Wasted Space #12 is an issue full of sudden changes, emotionally charged arguments, and character development. It’s another intense read in this collection that takes us on a completely different journey. In a series that has been full of drama and chaos, change is to be expected. But this is an issue that brings it to a whole new level.
Review: The Innkeeper Chronicles: Clean Sweep The Graphic Novel, Volume 2
If you gave me a million different versions of Clean Sweep, I’d read them All. This is the second installment in The Innkeeper Chronicles: Clean Sweep The Graphic Novel, and I loved it just as much as the first.
Manga Monday: Confession
Ohhhh. Confession is perfect for all the readers who love a good psychological thriller or a story with good murder/mystery vibes. It also has strong survival elements, as our main character desperately fights for a way to survive this situation.
Review: Lore Olympus Vol. 2
I’m back with Lore Olympus Vol. 2! I can still see why readers have fallen head over heels for this romance. That said, I’m still not as sucked in as I would like. I think it’s just because I’m still very burned out on Greek mythology/retellings.

WOTN Review: Wasted Space #9 (Vault Comics)
Billy Bane hasn't exactly been the most willing of heroes...but at least he's stepped up for the job. More or less. In Wasted Space, Billy tries to fix everything he broke, even though he'd prefer to stay away from humanity.
Review: Orisha Volume 1: With Great Power
The second I saw Orisha Volume 1: With Great Power, I knew I had to read it! The cover is simply striking (seriously, look at it!), and the description sounded compelling. I was not disappointed.
Manga Monday: Break of Dawn
I was immediately drawn to Break of Dawn, thanks to the promise of being perfect for Cowboy Bebop fans. Who could resist that sort of temptation, right? That said, I loved this tale much less than I hoped.
