Review: Parasocial

Parasocial is a dark graphic novel full of commentary about the potential risks of parasocial relationships? In truth, I appreciate what this story is trying to say, even if it does so by going to storytelling extremes.

WOTN Review: Loki #1 (Marvel Comics)

Oh, Loki. Even when things are going his way, he can’t resist starting something, can he? Loki #1 is immediately following the events in War of the Realms. So don’t read it if you’re not up to date (unless you’re cool with spoilers).

Review: Two Graves Vol. 1

Two Graves Vol. 1 is one of the most interesting graphic novels I've read. It was strange and almost lyrical. Likewise, it was difficult to tell what was happening at points. This made it quite a unique read, and it is proving a challenge to write a review.

Review: Utown

Misfits have a way of finding one another. For this group of misfits, their home is Utown. It's not the cleanest or nicest neighborhood around, but it's theirs, and that's something! Or is it? Gentrification has a way of ruining everything, especially for those that have the least.
