Every volume, I’m blown away by how creative this series is. Dandadan Vol. 8 does not disappoint. It’s another chaoticly fun addition to the series, and I loved every second of it. I don’t know how Yukinobu Tatsu keeps surprising readers, but he does!
Series Binge: My Hero Academia: Team-Up Missions, Vol. 2
I have meant to read My Hero Academia: Team-Up Missions for WAY too long, so I’m happy to dive back into this series. It’s just as fun and chaotic as I remembered, offering light entertainment to balance out the heaviness of the current MHA arc.
Series Binge: My Hero Academia: Vigilantes, Vol. 2
This is my second time trying to dive into the world of My Hero Academia: Vigilantes, and I’ve made it to the second volume. I’m still not one hundred percent on the series, but I’m certainly willing to continue reading at this point.
Manga Monday: Tamon’s B-Side Vol. 1
Tamon's B-Side Vol. 1 is pretty much any fangirl's (or boy's) dream come true. We have a dreamy boy band, a die-hard fan, and what is essentially a meet-cute but in a unique way. It's a cute setup, to say the least.
Manga Monday: Kakuriyo: Bed & Breakfast for Spirits Vol. 2
Aww. Poor Aoi. She keeps finding herself in formidable positions, and it seems like it essentially has to do with her compassion. Still, I enjoyed reading Kakuriyo: Bed & Breakfast for Spirits Vol. 2. Even when Aoi and her situation gave me anxiety.
Manga Monday: A Tropical Fish Yearns for Snow Vol. 1
Oh goodness. A Tropical Fish Yearns for Snow Vol. 1 is a gentle and sweet introduction to this story. I can see why fans are utterly enchanted by it; this tale captures your heart right from the start.
Series Binge: My Hero Academia Vol. 31
Whew. This arc hits HARD. That is especially true for the wrap-up volume, My Hero Academia Vol. 31. Horikoshi isn't pulling punches. To be fair, we're talking about an all-out battle between heroes and villains, so I wouldn't expect anything less.
Review: The Way of the Househusband Vol. 11
I don't think Tatsu's adventures will ever end! Seriously, he keeps finding new ways to get up in other people's business. On the bright side, I got to read The Way of the Househusband Vol. 11, so I can hardly complain.
Series Binge: My Hero Academia Vol. 30
The Heroes vs. Villains arc really hits all sorts of emotional highs and lows, doesn't it? My Hero Academia Vol. 30 brings us back into the fray, and the fight somehow keeps getting more intense. Better yet – more and more heroes (and villains) show up at every turn. I'm loving it (even though it is a re-read).
Manga Monday: Kakuriyo: Bed & Breakfast for Spirits, Vol. 1
The quest for a new manga series is neverending, I swear. This time, I’m checking out Kakuriyo: Bed & Breakfast for Spirits, Vol. 1. It was suggested to me as a bit of a cozy fantasy manga with paranormal elements. It did not disappoint.
