Hawkeye: Freefall has been a highly entertaining yet slightly chaotic series. Given that this is a series focused on Clint Barton, that probably shouldn't come as too much of a surprise. In true Barton fashion, his latest scheme has become increasingly complex, pitting him against the friends and allies he holds so dear.

Review: Hawkeye: Freefall #3
Hawkeye: Freefall #3 continues Clint Barton’s highly entertaining (and somewhat chaotic) latest run. This is a series that I quickly fell in love with, and one that I would happily see go on forever. Why? Because it portrays the Barton I love so much. The slightly insane and quirky character who comes up with grand schemes all while getting himself into a heap of trouble. Sound familiar?
Review: The Magnificent Ms. Marvel #12
The Magnificent Ms. Marvel #12 is the latest issue in a run written by Saladin Ahmed, and artwork by Minkyu Jung, Juan Velasco, Ian Herring, and VC’s Joe Caramagna. These creatives are a powerhouse and have brought a new perspective on Kamala’s story.
Review: Hawkeye Freefall #2
Hawkeye is back and more mischievous than ever in Hawkeye: Freefall #2. Clint Barton has been known by many names over the years. One of his most infamous would be that of Ronin. Being that he’s not the only person to have carried that particular mantle (or the mantle of Hawkeye, for that matter) things can get a bit complicated.
Review: Hawkeye Freefall #1
Hawkeye: Freefall #1 is the start to yet another Hawkeye series, and I couldn’t be more excited about that fact. This series is already proving to be perfect for the Hawkeye fans out there, as it merges his history with the present in a most interesting way.

Shuri #1 Publisher: Marvel Released: October 17th 2018 Rating: It feels like an eternity that we’ve been waiting for the Shuri series to drop…but realistically it’s only been eight months at most. I mean, Black Panther came out THIS YEAR. Seriously. That’s how long this year has been. Anyway. Moving on. The cover for Shuri... Continue Reading →
Review: X-Men Black Mystique #1
X-Men Black Mystique #1 Publisher: Marvel Released: October 17th 2018 Rating: I confess now and say that I don’t read a ton of X-Men. I’m working through the backlog, but it is a long and slow process (seriously, have you ever looked at just how much is there?). Still, I can safely say that I’ve... Continue Reading →

Life of Captain Marvel #4 Publisher: Marvel Released: October 17th 2018 Rating: First things first; I’m a huge Captain Marvel fan.
