Review:

Spy x Family Vol. 8 is pretty much everything I had hoped it would be. It starts a dangerous new plot where Yor is asked to bodyguard a mafia family (long story). Honestly, it’s great to see a longer-running plot focused on Yor.

Of course, the plot will get even more complex because little Anya will not leave it be. That girl is a troublemaker, and I adore her. My only regret is that there’s no way for Bond to come along on this adventure.

This latest plot takes up multiple volumes, so sit down and prepare for that! If you can, I would strongly advise getting your hands on volume 9 so you may read them back to back. Oh! Did I mention that the mini-story is hilarious?
