Review: Farmhand #19

While I may be behind in reading Farmhand, I can say with complete honesty it is worth getting caught up in. How do I know? Even after all these months, Farmhand hit me right in the feels – and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Review: Lady Mechanika, Volume 7: The Monster of the Ministry of Hell

Woo! The adventures of Lady Mechanika continue in Lady Mechanika: The Monster of the Ministry of Hell. This is the seventh graphic novel in the series (and I would highly suggest you read everything in order!), and it is quite possibly the heaviest-hitting one of the set, which is saying something.

Hazel and her family are still very much on the run. Sometimes, it feels like everyone wants to kill them – especially little Hazel. She's the embodiment of something neither faction can afford to have lingering around.

Review – Farmhand #15 (Image Comics)

After a short break, the ghastly tale of plants and implants is back in Farmhand . This is a world that has been steadily getting darker with time, and it looks like it'll brighten up anytime soon. So if you're looking for an original horror worth diving into, this is one to check out.

Review – Fairlady #5 (Image Comics)

Review – Fairlady #4 (Image Comics)

Fairlady #4 continues Jenner Faulds' journey. Though if you recall, one thing that makes the Fairlady series so unique is that every issue has its freestanding plot. So you can read these in any order you like. That being said, I think this might be my favorite issue of the series. Though maybe that is because of the book theme, can you blame me there?
